To add an external perspective, they conduct expert interviews. Knowledge is collected and then combined to derive strategies and recommendations for action. I come from the other side, so to speak: Over 30 years, I have gained valuable insights from various positions at leading industrial companies in the German and European market for building technology and civil engineering, developed strategic realignments with my teams, and successfully implemented them.
